Went to a place in the middle of nowhere with some friends called Crows Creek. This place has a grime history.
In the Civil War slaves believe to practice Voodoo were executed a dozen at a time before the whole place was burned down.
In World War 2 it was a POW camp where they questioned Nazi. At the end of the war they boarded them up in the old slave shed and burned them alive.
Later a rancher was complaining that something was killing his horses. He later was found torn to pieces with his family...they lived where the old shed was.
Lastly a bus driver kidnapped a bus load of kids. The one survivor said he was trying to raise daemons by killing the children.....He killed himself after the kid that got away hid under a seat.
When we arrived we rolled tape immediately. I felt as if I was being choked, my legs were weak. My friend, who I expected to handle herself, lost it when see started hearing voices. At one point I started to tell everyone how to evoke a protective spirit, and the camera went from full charge to none. My cuz was starting to puke so we left.
When we checked the tape it went from the gate to my foot five seconds ago to the gate and that was it. So not only was the footage missing but also out of sequence.

Here are the names of the WWII POW camps in Arkansas:
Camp Chaffee
Camp Dermott
Camp Jerome
Camp Monticello
Camp Jos. T. Robinson
Pine Bluff Arsenal
Any of these names sound familiar? What was the name of the nearest town? It's possible to get an approximate location with this information.

I heard about a similar place when I went to DC in 8th grade... Some valley where a war (civil? hmm... I don't actually remember...) was faught, and there were tons of casualities (I think the most for what ever war it was). But, they say you can't take pictures of it ('cause they won't develop) and you can't actually take equipment down there because it always malfunctions. I took a picture of the valley, but it was just a black slide when I got it developed....

The place was reputed to be haunted by many non human negative entities. We used EVP and got screams, howls and inhuman voices. I would not recommend going. Plus it's private property I believe.
Who are these friends...are they like taps or what
Also what is your general feel on this?

My general feel is to not tell my fiance. He very much disbelieves in spirits, souls, demons, ghosts, etc. He wants to go to every haunted place there is and just "hang out" or screw around... *shudders* Needless to say... he's not going without me to help protect his sorry ass... besides that, he's just not going LoL.:alol:

I could feel something there the whole time watching me...like the evil eye.
Makes my hands shake. It was like touching evil just being there

Two questions: where did you hear about them burning Nazi POWs alive? I have a hard time swallowing that one. Any references?
And what's the difference between a daemon and a demon? Are they separate entities or just different spellings for the same thing?

Word of mouth is how I heard it. And it's just a different way to spell it. Though the story has some points that made me doubt. My expereances were very real.

Has anyone else here had similar experience?

I've experienced the sensation of being watched in the woods, but in each case I'm convinced it was a live, physical human being with less-than-honorable intentions in mind. I know that feeling of eyes upon you.
