Last night as I was going to sleep, a 6-figure number flitted through my mind.
Actually, it came as a part of one of those passing images--I envisioned it as the title of an LJ post, but something about it grabbed me and said, 'Remember the number'. So I concentrated on it until I'd gotten every digit worked out.
As soon as I had, my entire body went numb.
My hands and feet developed instant pins & needles and felt pinned to the bed; it took enormous effort just to wiggle my index finger. And the whole time I felt a mix of fear and shock, though I suspect that was more a feeling of 'I can't move.... WHY CAN'T I MOVE??' rather than anything metaphysical.
After I finally got my body to obey my brain's commands again, I started feeling the severely creepy feeling that there was some other Presence in the room. But what it was, I cannot say.
I still remember the number, but I don't feel like sharing it. It feels too personal.
Of course, I have guesses about what this could mean. None of them jump out as the correct answer.
Has anyone else ever had this happen to them, with a number?
