I am desperately in need of a binding spell. My boss is giving me serious grief and if I don't do something drastic, he's going to fire me. I have gone thru all the proper channels at work to resolve the problem to no avail...... HELP

Huh? Why is he giving you grief and how? For what? Maybe it's because you need to move on? Maybe there's a reason for it? You know binding spells are very serious magicks with long reaching implications.

Are you sure you want to do a binding spell? I'm not sure what you're binding...your boss to you? Or you to your job? The consequences of a binding spell is pretty serious. Can you give us more details as to why he wants you gone?

what has caused this trouble, is of your own doing, or do youplay a part in it. Are you any serious danger from this? Would it be better to just report him to a higher up or unions board?
Myst is right bindings have serious consequences and they don't always work out in the way you want them to. Would you want to bound to your job? or anything of the like? you should definately think about this stuff first.

binding? who? to what?
you're having problems at work. Ok try this. Meditate. Think. Let your good energies flow. Try talking to your boss. Try considering another job.
Spells aren't magic fix-its. IMO, spells don't need to be used for every single thing like this. You say you've gone through the "normal" channels. . . . if you've done all this, and say your boss just DOESN'T want you there, or things are just SUCKING for you, etc etc etc. . . a spell is not going to fix it.
And in the least, what would a BINDING spell do?

Bindings are seriously stuff!
BUT first, are you sure the reason your boss isn't being hard on you is because you aren't pulling your weight and slacking?
If you do a binding, justice will be awarded to you and your boss. If you played a role to cause this you will be punished as well as your boss.
You always do Mundane then Magick. Talk and work things out without Magick. Don't get a dependence on Magick.

Dang it. I was just typing a response, and an error occured.
Well here goes, round two.
I won't echo what everyone has said. They are all right.
Whatever you do, please think before doing it. Maybe this situation can bring about needed change. Change is the only thing you can count on being constant in your life.
This situation could also be a learning time for you. Did you do something to deserve this?
Good luck, either way.

The binding I wanted to do is to keep my boss from injuring himself (and me in the process). You see, I injured myself on the job 6 weeks ago and because of the injury, I am unable to perform my job to his standards. It's not that I'm NOT doing my job, I am. It's just not being done as fast as he would like.
I have found out at least a part of his problem (with gentle probing of HIS boss). It turned out that he is just angry because he was supposed to be off work, on vacation, this whole month and he has to work. So, instead of doing a binding spell, I have done something better. Saturday I did a spell to help him get his much needed and deserved vacation. As of Friday, he is going on hiatus for a month..... he told his boss that if he didn't, he would hurt someone. His boss has given him leave and (this is the kicker) I have to take over his spot while he's gone!!! (LOL so much for getting a lighter workload) Now maybe I'll have a better understanding of his aggrivations on a daily basis. (and now I MIGHT be a little more leery of helping out a fellow coworker LOL). Thanks for your input and thoughts.
