Hi, I'm a Latvian [E. Europe] Neo-Pagan and wanted to greet you all.
Here's my beleif.
I praise the nature of my native land and I love and bow before it.
I sense that people have gone too far from it these times. When I'm in a deep forest I can feel life energy filling me. It's like I get charged when alone in forest.
I very don't like christianity and islam.
I dont like that they are forcing others to beleive like themselves(just one of the reasons)
I beleive in supreme life force(not that I do not beleive in Gods, my beleif is that they are yust a small part of nature as we all are) and that people(their souls) can become godlike i.e. Gods. I do beleive in different spirits but they are commanded only by nature=universe, not some higher God. I practice meditation. I have a ritual to fill glass with fresh spring water raise it to the sky and drink it praising Gods(don't know why really, it yust happens).
I beleive in physics and science and think that if proper used it could change the world for the best.
I study ancient myths and civilizations(hobby)and find something very attractant to european mythology,ancient european beleives and nature, that I can not explain.
We all are yust a small part of nature and anyone thinking different is killing it, thus we have to be stronger and keep the balance.
(BTW,did you know that the main purpose of ancient egyptian religion was to guard the delicate balans of nature and higher forces?)
