I like the idea a lot! However, my schedule is so hectic right now I'm hard pressed to find 15 minutes to do ANYTHING! But I could make it work . . .

I just wanted to say, I felt horrible last night for no particular reason... felt things I haven't felt in a long time about things I thought I'd gotten over... It confused me because I wasn't sure if it was healing/purging or some stupid neurotic breakdown! After healing so much the last few months, it just felt like a setback... but I thought maybe it had something to do with AineDanu's reiki. Thanks for your energy. I'll try to explore these feelings to see where it takes me. :)

I don't know how to do reiki, but I'd love to learn. I didn't know it was possible from a distance. Can it help things like depression and insomnia? If so, I could really use some.

If Aine doesn't mind, would it be ok if I prayed for you for 15 minutes since I don't know how to perform reiki? If not, could someone skip me and please give Aine reiki instead? :hugz:

IrishDancer, You may pray for me if that is your wish. Reiki works alot by intent so does alot of the energy healing so if you would like to attemp something simple you can be calm and tell yourself I intend to send healing energies to _____ person or persons. Whichever way you are most comfortable with is great by me however. You might try practicing that method and see how it feells.....

just a thought. :) OH and I will send you fifteen minutes of Reiki:)

Yeah, I could use some too. I did a Reiki session for a member of my family today, and afterwards she wanted to talk and a lot of her deeper tensions came out into the atmosphere of the room at that time. I dunno... since some of the stuff that she was talking about (stuff she carries deep anxieties about) was related to old family stuff, I seem to have taken some of the tension on in a way that I almost never do. Or at least that was how I explained the experience to myself...

So I look forward to the "tag".
