Hi guys,

I was wondering if you guys had any fabulous ideas to maximise our dining room space. We have a dining room table which is quite big but we want to incorporate an office space into the room. The room needs to be flexible as sometimes the dining room table will be covered and used for my bf to mix his records on (DJ decks). So what we are really stuck on is what kind of furniture to get for our computer and paperwork. Plus we have a lot of books that it would be great to store but we are not feeling very creative on how to store these other than get LOADS of bookcases all over the whole flat.

Thanks for any ideas/suggestions you might have. I will try to post a photo of the space as soon as i can.

I've been dying to get a corner desk for my computer and went on line last week to look at different styles. I checked out Office Max and Office Depot and Sauder furniture. You might start by looking at some of those kind of sites to get an idea of what you'd like and what will fit in with your other furniture.

Books... hmmm. I can't say I've ever seen any "creative" ways to store/display them other than shelves. Those same sites have bookcases and stuff like that listed as well as desks and chairs, maybe you can get an idea for that too.

Good luck and have lots of fun planning and buying and arranging. :)

Armoires- one for the computer and one for books and supplies. They can be closed up when not in use.
