It's a personal book that amy Witches, Wiccans & Pagans keep that contain spells, poetry, a journal, rituals, thoughts, correspondences, et cetera.

However - the definition could vary from Pagan to Pagan :D

They can be any old book too. A hardbound journal, spiral notebook, to looseleaf.

Mine is a collection of a bunch of printed ('net) sheets, loosleaf and photocopies about my journy through this path. I use it as a reference when in need.

In my mind, it's a big journal of magick.

That's sort of the way I think about it. Sort of like a research journal (in whatever format you're comfortable with).

It's like a big resource/research book...So if you need a spell or information for a spell you can look through your BoS and find it. You can put recipes, personal journal, spells, rituals, Magick techniques, etc...

My BoS is 3 binders: one for information, another for spells, and the final one for terms.

I like your system of binders. I think I need to do that...
