It was a typical October morning last year when one Sharon woman encountered the village varmint. Medical secretary Rene Fritz was driving to work on Stateline Road, three miles east of Sharon, when she saw what she believes was a werewolf.
As the young mother was passing over a bridge, the mammal leaped out like a jack-in-the-box. As its furry shoulders peeked out over the bridge, the two locked eyes as the beast gave a hiss.
