When my bro was younger he had certain dreams that pinpointed certain choices he made in his PL. I have a vague idea of what his past life was like. so thats how i'll be able to validate it.

Well if he was born after 3:15 am, he's a Capricorn rising. Any other time between midnight and then he would be a Sag rising. Does he seem more adventurous and optimistic (Sag) or ambitous and serious (Cap)?

Otherwise, his Sun is in Pisces, his Moon is in Virgo and Midheaven is in Libra.
Aha, I see why you want to know his career direction - with Neptune square his MC and quincunx the Sun, he has a very hard time determining what he wants to do. Even more so, when he was younger. The thing here is for him to keep learning new skills, even if he doesn't see the need or benefit to some of them. Their purpose will get clearer with experience and time. Plus, he may not always be the most thorough person (as his very Virgo-strong sibling, you could help him learn a lot about organization, time-management and detail-type skills).

With the Sun and Moon in opposing signs (180 degrees apart), he kind of feels pulled in two and always in the middle of things. While he may have serious intent and ambition, he doesn't seem to take himself too seriously. He would do best in professions that don't demand much in the way of exercising authority. But self-employment wouldn't work for many of the same reasons. Look at things like psychology, art, music, and all the sort of 'sensitive' areas of life. He's got a lot of real, parctical ideas, so encourage him to write them down and think them through before rushing ahead with them.

As far as marriage goes, there's no one right place to look for that, but I see the possibility of multiple marriages (Gemini rules the 7th) and he may tend to meet his partners at work. Whatever their role, they MUST be intelligent and share his interests. He will tend to be a bit casual in relationships and may never get formally married. He would prefer a partner that isn't too emotionally and physically demonstrative either.

For PL stuff, I'm only guessing about some things here, so it's not gospel. Based on PL, he needs to learn to be less critical and dvelop more sensitivity, especially in the areas of communication and education.

That describes him to a T. That is so true. He is very cynical of relationships and such.

The other stuff doesnt describe him as well. He is pretty sure as to what he wants to do with his life. He is almost certain he wants to do med school. But yea alot of it was kinda dead on.
