Read about it on spaceweather.com ('www.spaceweather.com/').

I don't think it will be as good as the Leonid one, but it's still worth taking a look.

This one will be on December 13-14, I don't know where the best view is from.

Looks like tonight is the big night for the Geminid meteor shower.

The sites I've been looking at suggest that those of us in the US look East right after sunset tonight (thursday the 13th)... we should see some meteors streaking across the horizon.

Then, at Midnight, when the Gemini constellation is direclty above, we should see some more.

Ill, I don't think that we are going to be seeing anything these next few days what with the crappy weather and all. I did however see a very nice meteor the other night that streaked from behind me and all the way into the horizon before it disappeared. So, maybe we can see some in the coming week if the weather gets better.

Yeah, same here. The weather was predicted as wet, warm & windy. Well, they were right about the wet & windy. But waaaay off base with the warm! :rolleyes:
