I've been reading a little bit about Thelema and found out that it was founded by Aleister Crowley. I'm a little curious about that because as I understand it he also founded the Alexandrian tradition of Wicca. Did he believe in both or changed his mind at a later date? or perhaps you can incorporate both together. I was just wondering if anyone how this came about.

However, Gerald Gardner worked with Crowley - Gardner being the guy who put the first form of Wicca together (Gardnerian). Crowley actually made Gardner an honourary member of Ordo Templi Orientis. Some also say Gardner lifted some of Crowley's work to include it in Wicca.
Wicca has some ceremonial aspects and it's possible to incorporate Thelema with Wicca.

Hehe...more like Wicca is a direct knock-off of Thelema...Check this out.
