Finally after like a million years, I feel like I'm ready to initiate myself, but I'm not quite sure of what to put in it.. I know that I should start out by casting a circle, doing the calling of the watchtowers, reading the rede & charge of the goddess, but then what? Any suggestions, etc?

Uhm do you follow any path, tradition, or pantheon?

Usually people insert some symbolism of rebirth and dedication. Maybe the burning of an old photo and symbolically the past and a reading to symbolize your dedication to your spiritual growth/relevant deities/paganism/whatever. Also a blessing of yourself and some meditation on your future.

Reading the Rede and the Charge of the Goddess wouldn't be parts of my initiation ritual, by personal preference.

An Initiation Ritual is usually used to go into a new Coven or into a new Path. A Dedication is exactly what is sounds like, It's dedicating yourself to the Path you have chosen, which can be done again and again and again, usually once a year.

Also if you're going to start a new Craft name or create one, put it in this ritual. That is a real good way of putting away the old and bringing in the new.

Whatever you want to do for a ritual is your preference, if you feel it is necessary for your ritual then put it in. It's YOUR Ritual, so it's YOUR Beliefs. But if it is going to be an Initiation Ritual, let it all circle around that purpose.
