I have this incense burner, and I just bought a new package of charcoal, (the little suckers don't like me!) I finally figured out how to get the darn things to light on fire! So, I sprinkled Gotu Kola on it because I have also been having problesm meditating. WOW! That stuff is wow! Wow! and one more time wow! When the smoke finally hit me, (and after burnt fingers and lots of prime words to get ths stupid thibf lit) I suddenly felt calm and at peace and the vibes were kinda I dunno heavy, (I don't know much about loose incenses since I have never had much of a chance to use my herbs this way. Stupid charcoal!) I felt that familiar heavy sensation, all around me, slow, and not tired but just relaxed and able to keep my mind off other things easier without music! This stuff is good. What are other people's experiences with gotu kola? I'd like to hear.
