Shamanic journeys

I've recently become interested in shamanic journeys and i'd like to know how you do one, like how do you travel to other realms or the underworld?

Do research. Read as much as you can on the subject. Practice techniques that you read about. It's a skill like any other that will take awhile to learn. Working with an experienced shaman would also be very helpful. Practice and patience will eventually get you there.

Michael Harner's The Way of the Shaman is a good book/resource to check out. This book touches on journeys to the Lower World, power animal retrieval and soul retrieval. It also includes tapes on drumming and places where you can do shamanic studies.
