Does anyone have any info on this path. I found a site called www.Odin.org. They seem like a good group but I need more info on this path.

I think this should be moved. Probably will be. :)
To the point, though, Ásatrú means "true/loyal to the gods" or something along those lines. Some followers of Germanic gods use it as a term for their religion.
What did you want to know?

More Info. I found this path through a friend who says that it fits me and my way of thinking. I was looking a Odin.org and found that he may be right. I was looking for more viable sourses for this path.

No offense, but I don't really see how it can fit your way of thinking unless that way of thinking already includes honoring the gods.
In any event, there are several large organizations that have information online:
The Troth (http://www.thetroth.org) - Pretty universalist.
The Ásatrú Alliance - Pretty folkish.
Either of those sites will have tons of links, I'm sure.
Check out both, see where it takes you.
Edit: Sorry, I just realized that "universalist" and "folkish" are most likely meaningless terms to you at present. Universalists believe their religion is just a religion, open to anyone, and folkish sorts tend to believe religion is tied to identity. I.e., it's largely in the blood and culture.

I am rather fond of this site: http://www.northvegr.org/main.php
And highly recommend that you start looking into the lore: Poetic Edda and Prose Edda specfically in the beginning. They have translations on that site but you can also get it fairly cheap on amazon.

I've found this website to be helpful, myself: http://www.erichshall.com/ You'll want to check out his Asatru Basics section in particular for some good info.

Hey Apprentice Wizard, I would recommend stopping by our own MW Heathenry Class at http://www.mysticwicks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=94. It is no longer active but it contains a great deal of information and provides links in a few of the posts.
A few other link sites I recommend include
http://www.englishheathenism.homestead.com/heathenlinks.html
http://www.squirrel.com/squirrel/asatru/
Good luck on your search. I started my pagan studies with the Germanic culture and still call it home though I have studied elsewhere.

www.runestone.org The Asatru Folk Assembly
... Since no one's mentioned that one yet.
And here's a good forum. www.asatrulore.org
Good luck on your research.:viking:
