The coming New Moon will occur at 22* 56' Sagittarius and will be applying to Jupiter through the Solar Novile. The Sun will also be forming a Novile to Neptune on 12/19. The late evening of Dec. 13th, the emphasis of the prophetic point will aburptly shift to appx, 45* west lognitude for a few days, (Sao Paulo, Brazil meridian). Also, that the point of lunation will be about 4 degrees approaching the south node, indicating a Solar Eclipse. Jupiter and Neptune are both considered "wet planets" in Astro-meterology, and therefore could represent heavier than normal precipitation amounts coming within the next week. Since Jupiter will be one the mundane chart's ascendant for the Pacific Northwest, western Canada, and south-east Aslaska, it is expected that this and adjacent meridian areas will receive more than normal amounts of rain.
