Hello. I wonder if anyone could help me with a spell for my sick cat. He has been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and I've been doing everything that is possible to make him get better and respond better to his medicinal treatment. I am not very well versed in spells so please if you can help me keep it simple. Thank you very much from me and my cat. Bless you xxx

:hmmmmm: _catroll_ HMMM... don't know of any cat spells off hand hun, but why not call upon the Goddess Bast, just make up a simple spell, asking her for a healing for your kitty. She is an Egyptian Goddess, with the body of a human, and head of a domestic cat. I'm sending healing energy to your kitty:)

Aw, poor kitty. One of my cats {Abyss} has feline Chlamydia, which can cause respitory problems among other things.

You could also just do a healing and protection spell like that of a human but modify it for your cat. Maybe add some catnip and other things.

I found a cat healing spell online , but it involves rubbing lavender, rosemary and other herbal oils on your cat and I personally am [I]not comfortable with it. Those may be toxic to cats and being oils they can't be washed off the coat.

Humm, I just found this:

Essential Oils Potentially Toxic to Cats
(This list is not all-inclusive) --- so there is WAY more too.

Peppermint
Lemon Oil
Lavender Oil --- what the spell called for! _tsk_
Melaleuca Oil
Tea Tree Oil
Cinnamon Bark Oil
Wintergreen Oil
Thyme Oil
Birch Oil
Other oils containing phenolYeah, that spell online would hurt your cat-- please don't do any spell that invloves putting oils on or in [feeding] your cats!
Here is a full list of plants and foods toxic to cats: http://www.cfainc.org/articles/plants.html (http://www.cfainc.org/articles/plants.html)

Like I said do a general healing spell. Add catnip to make it more caty, things like that.

I don't know of a spell for this, but I have healed animals by just holding them and pouring love and positivity and healing energy into them.

A big thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart xxx I am doing all the time what semicivilizedman suggested hoping that it's doing my baby at least some good. I am unwell myself so dunno if my energies are weaker than usual, I guess they are, but my love for my darling is all there. Belleterre, thanks luv, I found the same spell but I do not like it very much and even if I wanted to do it I don't have all those things at hand. And am very sorry for your kitty cat too :-( Mine has recently been diagnosed with a chronic bronchitis-pneumonia, all of a sudden really, cause he was so strong and lively he hadn't given any signs of illness until he really couldn't take it any more and almost died of a respiratory congestion twice one week. He's been my soulmate for 8 years and I'd do dunnowhat to save him.

well I don't know about specific spells, but brown and blue candles annointed with healing oils, perhaps with your kitties name engraved on them, and a picture of your cat might help, since brown is for animals and blue is a color of healing, so together it would be for healing animals, yuo can make your own unique spell. Hope kitty feels better.

I hope everyone's kitty babies feel better soon! I'm glad for this thread because my kitty boy, Logan, is sick, he's stressed or alergic to something and he's overgrooming, and now he has sores and bald spots all down his spine....sigh, my poor baby. Thanks again for this thread, i will try the things here.

Dragonprincess.. try adding a little vitamin E to his food... most vitamin E capsules have gel inside so you can actually break them open and mix the gel into the food.

Vitamin E will help with dry skin etc.. and might cut down on the itchiness a little.

Thanks, i will try that, I have been drizzling a wee bit of cron oil on his food, but so far that hasn't helped, maybe the vites will. thanks so much. He is actually a bit better. i tried a new flea medicine, and he is almost itch free, and his over grooming is settling down! Thank you all for your words of advice and your energies sent!
