Hi... I am BlueWillowSkys...aka Lisa from SW WI...I started my pagan studies and path in summer 2003 when I met my now husband who had been pagan for about 15 yrs or so... we married that Fall 2003.... i have 3 kids ages almost 20 son, almost 18 son and 13 daughter from my first marriage...I am going to be 37 next week...UGH!! My hubby has an almost 13 yr boy from a prior marriage too. I also have a female partner of 8 yrs....we are all bi though he/she do not ave any intimate/romatic ties at all.... he is hoping to find a male partner in the future...though that person wont live in our home due to prior agreements... my F partner is not interested in any male partner right now...I am a hand full enuff I guess:P

we have been developing our own coven....Coven of Kinder des Mondes... though it has been slow going cuz my hubby landed his fanny in jail for abit... he had a probation due to a stupid mistake about 10 yrs ago...and he broke a probation rule hence they tossed hs fanny in jail for a bit.... proof that we must take responsibility for our own actions and choices and live with them for the rest of our lives...therefor we need to think very carefully and choose our choices/actions wisely....follow our path as close as possible and the tenets too.

My path is still not fully determined...I am trying diff things on for size... i have a celtic background and including that seems very right to me... but i alos have had exp. from the christian church things my mother put me in as a child,...sunday and bible school...going to church services at several diff types of churches over the yrs... so there are a few things from those exp...that I dont feel right totally giving up.....for example....upcoming Christmas/Yule season....there is always a big issue over the "tree".... he wants a potted tree but we have no place to replant it..... she wants a tree we go together as a family and cut down from a nursery.... a tradition from her childhood...though she was never "raised christian' it was a tradition in her family that she wants to keep...she is spiritual but not religious..... i am stuck in the middle...we grew up w/a fake tree and sometimes a real one...during 1st marriage we had fake due to my having a childcare biz and pets that wouldnt leave a real tree alone...during my time w/her b4 he came along...we had real trees that we went and got at a lot or we went and cut oursleves...last yr my dad showed up w/ a tree he had cut down in the woods for us... i know how important a real tree is to her...especially since she has een estranged from her family for about 3 yrs now.... she feels she doesnt have many things she can count on...she us pretty depressed... anyway...i feel stuck in the middle cuz my views have change now... any suggestions ???

i feel like i want a small potted tree to put on a tabletop to represent me/hubby views since he is not here right now AND a tree that she/i and the kids could go pick out, give a blessing , cut down in a nursery...she feels it was planted for a specific purpose so it is not the same as cutting down a "wild in the woods tree".....

how do others feel about this...???
