Egg Nog

I just had my very first cup of Egg Nog EVER and it was yummy :woot: As I sit here and it settles in my tummy.. why do I feel as if I have gained several pounds? :lol:

Oh I love egg nog. I only drink the low fat and lite kinds though.
The regular is lots of calories!
It's so good. Oh I don't have alcohol in mien either...I know some add it.
Too bad it's only sold durning Winter time.

I like egg nog, but I'll only drink the low fat kind or I'll put some skim milk in it to thin it out. But usually one or two little glasses a season does me good.

Love egg nog here too! Have to drink the thick fattening kind though, or it's just not the same. My son is on a high calorie diet and he loves shakes made with Egg Nog, ice cream, fruit, carnation instant breakfast. That's gotta be 2,000 calories in itself..lol

Mmmmm! The thick, fattening, nonalcoholic kind is good stuff. I do normally add milk to it to dilute it a little bit, but I love that stuff.

Oddly enough,I hate the drink with alcohol in it and I hate egg nog ice cream.

The lower fat one isn't bad at all; I love it as well and if I stuck to the full fat version then I can't eat anything for the rest of the day, I've already used up my calorie quota!

I only like egg nog if its mixed with 7Up or Sprite, half egg nog, half 7Up/Sprite. I don't like it plain or mixed with alcohol.. I had that once and it tasted terrible.
