So. I recently decided to join the Army National Guard. In February, I ship out for four months of basic training and advanced individual training. I've only been to two RSP drills, but here's my question... do we have any military pagans on this board that I could talk to about finding time for my spirituality? Even if it's just little stuff in my head during lights' out that nobody else would notice, or somebody to help me feel like I'm not alone here. Thanks! Find me here or in PMs, I guess.

you may want to also look on witches vioce for military pagans. check it out at http://www.witchvox.com/
i know they have personal ads based on where people are stationed, and perhaps you can find someone with experience having a religion as involved as paganism can become at times while being in the military.

Phoenix Blue and Pawnman are both in the military. Which means they don't get to log in here very often. You might want to use the search button to find them and send them a PM or an email.

i can say tht from my experience in basic that they do recognize pagan/wiccan as a religion, although they have no idea what it entails. you can take an hour every sunday for whatever you can do religiously. i just went outside and meditated, i got funny looks but atleast they were open enough with it to let me have my time
