Hi Adrian, I too have an interest in the Egyptian side of things. More from a knowledge point of view, than following that Path - mine lies in another direction, but I do have a fascination for them! Good to have you here, have a great time!

:) Would you send me info on where I may learn
more about ancient Egypt. I am very interested
in learning about all the different traditions of
Paganism. Thanx. :D:

:sunny: :sunny: I'm not sure you will get this mystique but here goes... most of the information i have are from books i read, i am an avid reader and most of my time is spent researching my path. I can give you the titles of books to read but unless you like reading and want to really know about the egyptian god/goddesses, it may be more of a chore than a path. If you feel the god/goddesses calling you to seek them out...go for it!
Books: The Ancient Wisdom of Egypt by- Murry Hope
This one is really easy to follow and fun reading, i couldn't put it down.
Ancient Eguptian Divination and Magick
by- Eleanor L. Harris
Another one i couldn't put down but a little more in depth.
The Egyptian Book of The Dead by- E.A.Wallis Budge
now this one can really deter a person from following the pathbut....it can enlighten one to deeper understanding.
There are others, i even visit the metropolitan museum in New York to sit in the Egyptian gallery so that i can
"connect" with the energy of the place.
This book gave me the impression that it was a combination of wicca and egyptian paganism:
An Egyptian Book of Shadows By- Jocelyn Almond and
Keith Seddon....this book was fun to read but i am a
solitary practioneer, but it helped me with connecting with the "God/Goddess Forms"
Have fun, and i pray that i have been of some help.
