....I have to conduct a survey of "cause and effect" and my topic is "buying a home" and I'm suppose to come up with 3 questions to survey people about (about where you come in to help) and then have several causes and several effects of such an act. Could you please help me and answer these 3 questions. Thank you so much.

I have bought a home...my husband and I purchased our first home four years ago.

We bought the home because we found a super-good deal and we felt like paying rent was about the same as throwing our money in a big, black hole.

We are in the process of selling this home right now--we are buying a historic country church that we are going to restore and turn into a home.

1st one it was cheaper than renting. 2nd one for stablity and better schools for my child.
