The most amazing thing just happened!

Wow.

I don't know exactly how to explain it, but I just had a communion with the Lord and Lady. All through the day, a voice inside me was telling me to find some dark room and light 2 candles in their honor. Well, I finally had a little time now, so I did.... I grabbed what was left of 2 white tapers and set them equal distance apart on my "altar". As I lit each one, I addressed each diety and welcomed them here. After that, it was just pretty much saying hi and that I wanted to learn all that I could about them. Then, after a few minutes of meditation, I could feel a very powerful energy surge through me.... My hands felt like they wanted to redirect or release it, but I held it in and felt it flow around me. Then I started to breathe a little easier and felt a bit relaxed as a single tear fell from my left eye. After a few more minutes of silent awe, I thanked them for thier presence here, bade them farewell, and blew out the candles.

I'm still reeling....but I just had to share this awesome experience.

It sounds like an amazing experience:) I know how you feel. Whenever something cool like that happens to me, it is really cool and I am happy for the rest of the day. Yeah, you'll get used to the no replys. Just keep postin they are bound to reply sooner or later.

Always listen to the Gods. They will speak to you. If you have a sudden strange thought to do something go nuts.

I think you've stirred up alot of old memories ... my first expierence was outside with Nearia ... i think thats how you spell her name. I was eight, so i don't really remeber ... but it was the daylight, and underneighth an maple tree in my yard, a purple syloette of her appeared ... and vanished just as quickly. Since then, i've been pagan oriented.

Oh, how awesome! :D That is so cool when that happens. I've had a "surge of goddess" like that twice...once meditating, and once praying my freaking lips off on a very scary plane flight, LOL. Feels wonderful, doesn't it?
