I think I saw this originally on Mary Greer's site, and researched how it was done. The screensaver was the RW Major Arcana cards, bouncing around the screen. Very cool....

There is a program called "Animated Screen" that you can download for evaluation at http://www.pysoft.com/main.htm

If you use the 'New from wizard' menu option, it walks you through the creation. Select 'create from own pics', then add your card pics, then choose 'bouncing'. F9 does a preview. There's a menu option to save it as a screensaver (in C:\winnt\system32, or look for your other screensavers). The evaluation copy will put a little text ad for the software in the bottom right, but it's not too bad.

I've found a couple of sites that have pics of decks. Joan Bunning's Learn Tarot site has RiderWaite, and tarot.com has a bunch of decks you can review at http://www.tarot.com/store/browse_deck.php?newdeck=10
You have to work at it a bit to get the larger size pics, and you should only make these for yourself to make sure you don't break any copyrights..

So far I've made a HansonRoberts Major, and one with Swords/Cups, and an Aquatic one which is an unpublished German deck.

this is a bit off topic but.. I found this screensaver thanks to Fiona Horne mentioning it in her book. It's called electric, and it does neat psychedelic stuff, and you can put a secret message in it so it will keep that message playing 'subliminally' through the psychedelic stuff. It would be good for spellwork or affirmations, I love it :)
