Tuesday...Snow in the morning...Then snow likely in the afternoon.

Wouldn't it have been easier just to say...SNOW TUESDAY? lol

Who knows. They said showers off and on all day Friday. I guess they meant on for about 5 minutes and off the rest of the day.

Well southern California is known for it's unpredictable weather. It might be 75 one day and 83 the next. Oh the horror.

Yeah, what DID happen to that rain?

And the wind last night--who saw THAT coming? LOL

At least it's not Santa Anas!

yah they make me laugh too, out here in sandiego if it sprinkles they have a flood warning, or if it drops below 85% humidity they have a fire watch (this is understandable however) and the best one, if it starts to rain and you are on the freeway as soon as one drop hits the windsheild every one slams on their brakes.

if it ever snows here again (the last time was in 1969 or so i cant remember) i sware i will not go any where, cause you know that if these people cant drive in the rain, i dont even think of what they would do in the snow, and we have all those red light cameras, every one slams on their breaks to avoid a ticket, so if they do that in the snow they will slide right through)

Even here in MI where we get snow EVERY YEAR, people drive like idiots in the snow! Drives me absolutely nuts. I understand with the first snowfall reaquainting with it and a few minor mistakes (fishtailing), but after that? Come on people! It's MI! We're used to snow! I wonder if the same is true in Alaska or the northern portions of Canada.

That's funny but they usually make mistakes. They have many weather satelites but they keep getting it wrong.

That's because it's so heinously difficult to accurately predict the weather for more than a few hours ahead at any one time. That's the best we can do. *shrugs* You deal with it. The weather system (if you can call it that) is one of those things we'll never be able to control or predict accurately. General trends or seasonal trends are easier, but still not accurate. We see patterns, but still don't know exactly what those effect will be. Least, that's my understanding of it. I suck at physics.
