Like everything else under the sun, you have personal seasons too. The spring, summer, fall and winter of your personal season follows the same pattern as Earth's seasons.

These season/earth season patterns are just another example of universal synchronicity. The Universal Law of the Cosmos is the macrocosm; the Universal Law of Mind and body is the mirror or microcosm (laws revealed on a cosmic scale also work on a smaller personal scale). If you will understand and use your season inclinations with personal ideas, goals and dreams-incubating, planting, harvesting them-you can reap huge dividends.

Your first season begins as Mother Earth begins-with Spring. Your personal spring is the first 90 days after your birth day, and it is a time for you to begin new ventures, develop ideas and plans. This is a planting season. Inquire about the new job you've dreamed about; register for a class in a subject you've been curious about; begin music lessons, join a choir, sign up for a cruise. Take that first step-plant a seed toward your goal or dream.

The second 90 day period of time after your birth day is your Summer. Summer is a time for blooming, of blossoming; it is an action time for cultivating those ideas and plans. Do your homework, practice your scales, send out resumes, get in shape for the cruise. Your Summer means action to keep the dream alive.

The third personal season is Autumn and it is six months after your birth day, or appearance day as some call it. This is the halfway point in your yearly cycle. Your Fall season is a time to harvest the results of your previous efforts; the toiling of the preceding seasons brings the fruits now. It is now possible for you to play a selection on your musical instrument or the choir you joined is having a recital of songs harmoniously perfected or you are basking in the sun on the deck of the cruise ship or you've been offered a job... from all those resumes you sent out.This is the season to pick the fruit from the cared for crop of your yearnings, goals and dreams.

Finally, there is your personal Winter season, the last quarter of your year, and a precious time of reorientation, of contemplating the successes and the challenges of this past year. Now is the time to re-focus your ambitions, dwell on those life-long dreams and goals; prepare for the rites of Spring and a new cycle of seasons to begin in a few months.

There really is a time for every thing; a time for every soul to enjoy each season to the fullest. Make an effort to keep yourself appraised of what personal season your soul is experiencing-this makes for maximum benefit with minimum aggravation.

For instance, as a Virgo, one experiences Winter season in the middle of Mother Nature's Summer season (May to August). If unaware of this innate tendency to want to contemplate while everyone else is picnicking, one could become very frustrated and self-accusing.

The Soul Seasons Chart below can be referred to every quarter to help you capitalize on seasonal leanings. You will need to read the sign your season is in. For instance if you are an Aries, your personal Summer season is Cancer. Read Cancer for hints on how and where you might bloom and prosper.

That's really neat. I've not seen cyclical/solar return stuff described as seasons before. Makes it so much easier to understand than "third quadrant of your natal chart, from the Lord of your Saturn to . . . blah, blah, blah blah . . . "
