Blinkie Help needed

Ok, I have a friend who has asked me to post this here. She made individual blinkies that spell out a message, so (for example) the letter 'T' would take two pannels.
OK, well, she's having problems getting them to work right. They won't work right for some reason. I was wondering if any of you had advice for programs to try and whatnot.Thnx alot

ok. Mondust, what is 'bumping"?
Flaire, she needs the images to, like follow sequence as if you were writing it. at least, that's what she told me.
