Spells work best when you do them yourself. Also, I find it in poor taste, and rather impolite, to just jump on a site like this and start asking for spells.
If you want something that's easy to do, make something yourself.
For hair growth, something basic is to use a candle to symbolize growth/life/etc. and design your own spell to go along with it.

Sorry i didnt mean it in a bad or rude way. Im just not very good at creating spells and i wanted others opinions, and ideas. Also i didnt come here just to take spells but to talk to others my age and like me. So SORRY TO ANYONE WHO WILL FIND THIS OFFENSIVE OR WRONG.

My only advice is to think long and hard about why you want to do a spell. If you can achieve your will and intent without magic, then go with that. Magic's not a toy or a game - you don't use it because you're bored. You use it when it's the best tool at your disposal for the job at hand.

I never thought of using a spell for hair growth. The best things I've found for that are a good diet, brushing it well to stimulate the roots, and getting a trim when the moon is waxing.

Yeah, what every one else said.
But if you do decide to do a spell for hair growth, make sure it's specific. Otherwise, you might end up with hair growing on your back and out your nose.

don't worry about it. live and learn. try working on that spell and if you need any pointers you can go to New Pagan or here and see if someone's willing to look it over or ask for advice.

You may also want to sign up for the mentoring program here. Perhaps a mentor can help guide you along :)

at that age if you havnt been properly introduced to it yet ill be the
first to do so.
the thing your needing isnt a spell, its self confidence.
theres many ways of gaining self confidence but since you brought
up spells i will tell you this method, sit down crosslegged on the floor
in a quiet place, close your eyes and practice breathing.
inhale through your nose to the count of 5,be sure to fill not only your
lungs but your diaphram as well.
then breath out of your mouth to the count of 5,as you keep doing this
steadily slow your breathing down, and make your count longer "instead of
counting to 5,slowly add till you can count to 10",this dosnt mean that
within a 10 minute period your count should change from 5 to 30 counts
per breath, this means do it slowly but steadily.
in time learning to focus on your breath, learning to focus on your thoughts
and giving youself ample time for self contemplation you will find your own
method of using magick, then you wont have to ask it from others.
