Hey there,
A while ago I descided to experment with OBE. I have no idea if they are real or not, but I prefer to keep an open mind. I have had few, that felt and seemed real, however they just as easily could have been a dream.

In the first instance, sometime in the Fall of 2001: I was laying in bed asleep, when an intity grabs me by my foot and begins to pull me off the bed, across the floor and towards the bathroom. I was convinced that he was pulling me to hell, so I cried out for help, and awoke in my bed again.

Sometime in 2004: There were several times, where I felt as some entity was again trying to snatch me out of my body and take me somewhere. I was able to resist and remain in place. A few times some of these were claimed by a friend of mine who I had granted permission to 'pull me out' so that we could go astral plaining. I dont know much about astral plains or what not so I could be in error.
In a seperate instance i was able to partially move out of my body, however, I could barley, move and hardly see if at all.

Spring 2005: Expermenting with OBE again, I managed to roll out of my body onto the floor. This scared me so I climbed back inside myself. Shortly after I manged to stand up next to my bed. I never looked at where my body was. My pillow was stuck to my face, so I managed to pull it off and toss it back to my bed, then I walked out of the bedroom door, down the hall into my liveing room. I rememeber feeling my carpet beneth my feet. I got scared, so i ran back and jumped on my body.
I had given a girl that i had a crush on at the time, permision to try to 'pull me out' again. I senced her presance one night, she held my hand called me by name and told me not to worry, then helped me to stand up. We huged and kissed wich felt very real, till we laid down onto my bed and I then awoke inside my body again.

Fall 2005: I wanted to OBE and go visit my girlfriend, I managed to roll out of my body, and then kept falling, through the floor, the ground, everything arround me was dark. I could move my limbs, but not make myself go anywhere but down. For fear of falling to hell, I willed myself back into my body.

I want your opinions on these experiances, because honestly I don't know what to make of them. Where they mearly dreams? or OBE? or something ealse?

First I'd like to say while reading this it sounded like your afraid to have an out of body experience. Second is a question Why have someone grap you out of your body? It should be a very relaxed and easy float out if you truely want to have an out of body experience.

Next it is possible for an entity to want to do something but highly unlikely. You might want to familiarize yourself more with out of body experiences before doing it so your not afraid. Read books on it google the subject really research how it's done what happens how to get back and I think you won't be so afraid of it.

I'm not really sure what to make out of your experiences it sounds like once or twice you might have gotten the hang of it but it quickly ended due to maybe an involuntary feeling. Others sound like a dream showing your fear of what could happen because your not familiar with it and another point if you think something is trying to get at you make sure your protecting yourself.

I'd like to here what happenes once you have researched it more and try to maybe do it on your own. Where you have full control of the situation.

Hey,
Thank you for your thoughtful and insightful reply. I have done some reading about it. Some of the things that I experanced seemed common according to one site. Like the pillow sticking to my face, the fear, the ocasional inability to move, or see. But you are right, every time I have been somewhat sucessful am do get really afraid. I need to get over that, and they say the best way to get over your fears is to face them. So really the only way to get over the fear is to do it more? I think part of the fear is from my christian upbringing, the whole thing about this stuff being 'wrong' and going to hell for it. Im not one to go against God, but I like to keep an open mind. I know that several hundred years ago, the idea of invisible forces moveing arround through peices of metal produceing light was considereed 'evil and wrong' Mear chemists and scientists were burned as herotics. I belive that there are more forces at work in this world then Strong, Weak, Electromagnetic, and Gravity.
