Hi, I'm new to all of this, and am currently reading tons on the religion. I find myself needing a path, and several friends who practice the pagan arts have directed me here. They have been exceptional at answering my questions, and told me I would get the same response here. I guess what I most want to know is how some of you found this to be for you, and what were the most influencing factors? Thanks ahead of time for those who do reply :)

Welcome to Mysticwicks. ^_^ :wave:

My girlfriend got me interested in Paganism to begin with and the more I read the more I liked it. ^_^

I know this sounds 100% cliche, but I really felt like I was "coming home." The more I read about being Pagan and saw how my beliefs fit in so well, there was this comforting, peaceful feeling that I knew this was right for me. There have been a lot of ups and downs in the last year as I have been learning and practicing, , but that is more "within" me- my own doubts and fears, rather than a feeling this is wrong for me.

I realize I am babbling a bit! But I am sure more people will come and answer this too. My only advice is to go with what feels right in your heart.

Welcome! My path just felt right for me, and it"s worked for a long time so I guess it"s right. Feel free to ask questions. Someone around here will have an answer!:D

Welcome, sunsidestarside :wave::wave::wave: :D

The TV actually got me started on my path, strangely enough.. After seeing The Craft, I took some books out of the library and read up on what it was about.. Then I got the net and now.. hehe.... well, I feel it's the right path (I was forced into Christianity before, but I think if I can go for years of studying wicca without losing interest, that's a pretty good sign on my part) :)
