Summary : In July 2005, a small Primate skull was discovered in the desert of Tafilalet near Erfoud ( Morocco ). It was in the sand of a marble quarry where Devonian fossils were already found. Subsequently, the skull could be around 360 million years old. Characteristic features in the only 6.1 cm high and 3.9 cm broad fossil indicate the genus Homo : a globular forehead and hind skull, and an inferior position of the occipital hole under the cranium, which is typical for upright body posture. The fossil was called Homo alaouite, in homage to the Alaouite Dynasty.

Looks fake to me, but hey, judge for yourself. :)

Looks fake to me too. Looks like it was carved. Whatever the material that was used is (looks kinda chaulky to me), it looks nothing like bone.

Yeah, I agree, I'm not buying it.

Its fake, that sort of erosion happens to rock not bone. The teeth are a dead give away.

It's a fake, and not even a good one. All you have to do is look at the lower jaw. It's way too shallow. This Professor Zarouit (who I can find absolutely nothing about except for this skull) claims that this is an adult. Problem - there's no room in the lower jaw for teeth to have grown. It needs to be a lot deeper. There's not even hardly any room for the roots.
