Help with my sister's dream!

I was talking over the phone to my sister and she told me about this dream she is having since she was a girl.

Now she started again to dream about it. The dreams is....

She sees herself alone on the top of a very, very tall building, the building is white and it's the only building there. it's getting dark and she sees no stars, moon.... nothing.

Then the building start to shaking, like moving or shaking side by side and she's very afraid and feels starting to falling down from the building and at the same time she's still on the top.

She says that when the building start shaking she feels in real life, in that moment she's on bed, her back(spinal cord) is what is shaking. It start first in her feet until her back. She never sees the end of her dream because the wakes up or continue dreaming with another dream.

As this dream started again lately, she bothers a lot or doen't want to go to sleep because she's afraid to dream the same dream that has haunted her almost all ther life.

Well, as you can see if she still dreaming the same dream, I imagine it is very meaningful or has a message for her.

I really apreciate your comments and interpretation here.

Do you read tarot? The dream reminds me of the TOWER card. it is a hey pay attention. things are changing. type card. It's like finding out your boyfriend or hubby is cheating on you. it hurts, it rocks you to the core, it makes you doubt yourself and everything around you BUT you are ultimatly better off knowing than not knowing. I would take it as a dream telling her to hang on she is in for a reality check.

That would be my interpretation anyway.

Yes, I do read tarot and this card reminded me the Tower as well when she told me about her dream. My sister know nothing about tarot and I already explained her the card meaning.

The curious is that it's the same dream over and over since she was a little girl; So I imagine it has to be something related to her childhood. Not sure.
