astral projection during a dream making me tired?

I was taking a nap this afternoon and dreamed I was floating and floating objects and at the end I got a bit hot but very tired. When I woke up I was extremely exhausted and got a bit hot at some points.


could it be astral projection or coincidence?

We involuntary astral travel at times when we sleep. A sure sign of doing so is indeed being extremely sleepy.

I travel in my sleep. And I always know that I have been a lot because I am so tired when I wake up. I feel as though I have never been to sleep. It can be rough!!

That does happen. You wake up feeling like you haven't slept at all. Well, in a way you haven't and it can get annoying. I've found ways around that but, I won't suggest the use of them. For you its not worth it.
