Well on Christmas eve I went to NY for the day. The plan was initially to get the rest of my shopping done. Well, I got a little side tracked and ended up at the WTC site. OMG it's horrible. I didn't rreally believe that it was really gone. And let me tell you......it looks worse than they show on tv. A police officer had to escourt me to the path train because I just couldn't get myself together. And when you look at it you can't help but relive the hours of coverage from 9-11. It's so hard to believe that something I've been looking out my window at for 22 ears was destroyed in less than an hour.

...but I imagine it is as horrible as you say. I got tix to see Aida for Xmas and I hope that my hubby and I will be able to go down there too. Not that I *want* to see it, but I feel the need to go and light a candle.

I hope you are feeling better now- I bet it shook you to the core. (((HUG))
