I have a beautiful large glass vase holds two dozen roses unfortunatly last time I used it it had got some really bad hard water stains inside..does anyone know how to make them go away? Or do I have to toss it? I really love it..anyone? anything? I would be very grateful for any suggestions!:fpraise:

C.L.R. When it comes to hard water deposits, if clr doesnt get it off, nothing will.
Our water is so hard that a glass left standing with water in it, over night, will leave deposits on it. :)

If the buildup isn't really thick and you don't want to use something too harsh, you might try vinegar. Just fill the vase up to where the buildup is covered, and let it sit for a few days. If you can fit your hand inside the vase, after you pour out the vinegar, use the green side of a Scotch Brite scrub sponge to scour off anything left. That's always worked for me.
If it's a heavy buildup, or you can't get your hand in to scrub it, then I second the C.L.R.
