I hade a varry lucid dream and I was wondering

Ok I was siting in a courtyard infront of a statue of a god that I can only gess was athena. Around the courtyard were large white marble biuldings, but there was no one there. Just me and this statue.

I was geting bored so I dicided to look around and explore a bit, But as soon as i turned away from the statue I heard a vouce. I turned and the statue was gone, replaced by a woman wearing a golden breastplate,a healm and leather boots,with some kind of cloth under under the armor with an owl on her shoulder. she was holding a spear with a sword at her side.

She stepped of the statues platform and began speaking to me in a harsh but caring vouce,But i couldnt understand anything she said other then my name.

I want to know what this all means.

How do you feel about strong women?
What color was the owl?
How did you feel when you awoke?

I think you are trying to impower yourself. Perhaps you lack confidense in a skill you are currently trying to enhance or even learn. I would see this as a difficulty in understanding the matter surrounding the learning of this skill, since you can't understand what she is saying. Sound close? The owl could be a judge, silently watching, either you judging yourself or being judged in a non threatening sort of way.

I know you probably expected something "magickal and whimsical." I find in most cases it's a reflection of your current state of being. Some dreams run deeper than others and may be messages/warnings etc... usually they are our hopes and fears.

Hey Zapstar.. had to see what the responses were to your dream.. we had this talk in chat.. and was curious as to others thoughts.. I see you left out the part abot the old library and reaching for the books..
I have been thinking on your dream..I stillgett he feeling that the books are important too.
Sometimes in a crowd you cant hear one voice..so I keep thinking that you just cant hear the message amongst the mixed messages you may be geting from others about your personal..Like I said it comes out like a scene from Charlie Brown where the kids on the cartoon can hear the teacher talking but we all hear Blah Blah Blah..
but I was curious.. If youget a good answer..I may post that dream I told you about..

Well,what do I know,I have lots of dreams though.

I do notice that the Goddess apears when you start searching.Until you start searching ,all you will see is a statue with no life.When you start searching,she will call your name.

Its that way with God too sometimes,its in the seeking that you find.

Well after a wile of me listening to athena, she disapears and Im left alone

So I go off to explore, I find a library, It looks like it has all the knowlege I could ever want, But everytime I go to grab a book it disapears

Inability to find the answers you seek? maybe, i think this is may be a fear that your dream is reflecting. Do you hate situations that you don't know what to do in? for example: Signing up for dance lessons having never tried to dance before so you don't know what your doing and you're not catching on. Maybe...
