Is this a bad sign?

I wasn't sure where to put this, so... (it's probably related to a dream 8O )

Last night I sat up in bed a split second before an enormously loud lightning strike, yelling "Oh my god, we're all going to die!!!"

Now, each of the details seperately wouldn't phase me as much as they do together. I've woken up just before a loud sound in the past. I've also woken up in the middle of scentences before (I'm a very active sleeptalker). I'd never automatically sat up while waking before, but considering how much I thrash in my sleep and the odd positions I've woken up in, it doesn't surprise me too much.

What worries me is how they all happened together, combined with... meh... (I always feel stupid when I say this) the fact that I very often have prophetic dreams. It's like... I'll have the dream, and then the thing will happen. I don't usually remember the dreams before the events, though it's not unheard of. And it's not like I even remember what I was dreaming about, if anything, before I woke this time (which concerns me even more...).

Maybe I worry too much.
What do you all think?

Maybe your body sensed the energy of the storm and your active mind clung to it, which scared your conciousness? Just an idea.. -Lol.-

Sleepwalking/talking is something I don't have alot of experience with.. Just know that one of my brothers screams and jumps in his sleep alot, he almost gets hit by us alot too when he startles us that way.

Well just remember to trust yourself and even if you do feel a bit paranoid, it can sometimes be serious.

perhaps a past life experience? I have strange events in the night, and foggy memories of things... well you get the point. what do you think?
