When i had this dream i woke up really scared. In the dream i had just gotten out of the shower and i go into my parents room, and carved on their backs in blood is im going to get u. They are dead! Then i am in a white room that goes on forever and there is a guy in a black outfit and red eyes chasing me. He has a knife and is getting closer. Then i wake up. I told my mom about it the next day and she gave me this book that taught u how to go back in a dream and help u conquer it. It also taught u how to summon a animal dream guide to protect u and to help u understand ur dream if u call on it. Anyway i read this and then that same night, i went back into my dream. This time i turned around and faced him. First we were on a ledge with a bridge and dragons in the distance and hooks hanging from the sky. Me and him battled, and just as i was about to win we were transported to a place like heaven. There were people all around watching us fight. I fought him and won, and then i woke up. I had chamged my self into a warrior princess and defeated him that way. I dont Know y we were in heaven, but anyway if u have young kids or even u have bad dreams like this go back in the dream and face them. When u go back in the dream just tell urself this isnt going to happen or ur not scared and imagine urself safe.
