At my wits end...

I feel bad for having two of these things on here but I don't know what else to do. My life is falling apart. Everyone I work with is trying to get me kicked out of the military, My baby's father is trying to find things to use against me so that he can take Josh away from me, I have people spying on my every move, Someone reported me to Health and Welfare... and the lady said the house was fine so I don't see where they get the nerve to do that, People won't stop telling lies about me, and I have no friends here. I want to stay in the Military but they're making it so hard that I don't care anymore... I went to the 1st shirt today and asked him how I could get out. I'm just sick and tired of dealing with all this crap. Please... I need some help, this is the only place I know where to turn. Thanks, BB.

How and why are everyone you work with trying to get you kicked out of the military? ~ because there all trying to gather paperwork against me so that I can get a disonerable... My manager actually looked at me and said: " I can't be nice to you anymore, my job now is to get you out of the military and I'm already starting the paperwork to do just that."

Who is spying on you? ~ My co-workers and neighbors Sonia and Kim... they live next to me in the apt. complex and constantly watch me. If I leave my apt. I can see them looking through the blinds, watching me to see if they can tell on me for something.

Who are spreading lies about you? ~ Those same neighbors

What kind of lies are they spreading? ~ They say that I leave my son alone while I go to Wal-Mart or the mall or even to work. They called Health and Welfare on me... and the lady said there's nothing wrong with my house as far as what they look for. I'm just sick and tired of ppl bothering me... I want to live my life. If everyone else can... why can't I?

You might want to confront your neighbors and question why they are spying on you, and why they are spreading lies. If neccisary, you may consider a law suit for defamation of character, including a retraction of their false statements.

I just had the most terrifying night of my life... come to find out that Albert, my baby's father told my neighbors to watch me and report to him anything I did... I also believe he was the one who called H & W. He calls me every day and all he does is verbally abuse me; calling me a *itch, jack*ss, and says that I'm really *ucked up in the head. And he's always threatening me with *hit like: 'Seriouse consequences are gonna happen if you don't do what I say now.' I got soo upset that I hung up on him, called my mom, and she called the 1st shirt for me. He later called me back saying that he told Albert to quit being so mean to me and try to go about this in a nicer way.

I also got the strangest phone call from some guy... I have no idea who it was but he asked me if I wanted to have sex, when I asked him who he was again he just told me "maybe when I go knock on your door you'll figure it out" then hung up. I've never been soo scared in my whole life and now I'm gonna get out of the mil. I can't take this harrasment and abuse anymore.

Just thought ya'lld like to know.

I can't cut ties to him... if I try he'll go to court and fight to take Josh yellin that he has rights to see him... even though I don't know if he is the dad or not 100%... but I can't affored the test. Especially with owing on daycare and rent.

Im sorry that this is all happening to you. :hugz: I hope your able to find a way for the paternity test,because if he really isnt the father,then he can let you get on with your life,and stay out of yours and your sons. Good luck and keep us posted ! :) (the only suggestion i could make) : Maury povich gives free paternity tests,but i dont know if you would want to go through all that with your son. Also, is there any agency/orginazation that would help pay for one?

None that I know of... but I'm too scared to go through with the test anyway... knowing my luck it'll say he is the dad and use that as a big levie in his case. Thanks for all your help though... I truly appreciate it.

If you haven't already done this, start keeping a recording of it when your ex calls and report him to the police as verbally abusing you. Then you will have an official record of his character when he tries to get custody. Unless... you're living on base? Then take a copy of the phone recording to your commanding officer to listen to. He might decide to be a little tougher with your ex than telling him to "be nicer". :goodgrief

I have now found out that it was the people in my squadron were the one's that were telling the father to fight for custody... and the one person that is suppose to help me was the same one who called H&W on me. I've given up. I don't want to be in anymore if this is how they want to treat me. I deserve better for myself and my child and when it's soo bad that my mental health is in trouble then it's time to get out. I'm going to see what I need to do to speed up the proccess.... I just hope I have the strength to do it. Thanks for all your support! Blessed Be.

Get some tangible evidence that this has been done, go to your superior officer...and lawyer up. Then get a recording device for yor phone... buy a disposabe camera and take pictures of the people watching you....

I have now found out that I am going up for an MEB... or Medical Evaluation Board and if they think I have a mental problem then I can get out on a medical discharge!!! I'm soo excited! They say it's a lengthy process but as long as it will get me out... I don't care. Thanks for all the support. I greatly appreciate it! Blessed Be.
