The Hausa people of Nigeria have a saying, "Give thanks for a little and you will find a lot." And that is just how the Universe works. When you focus on and express your thanks for what you do have, and the joy and love already in your life, the more abundance, joy, and love you will create in your life. To help you in this process, why not take some time at the end of each day to jot down a few things that happened that you were grateful for. You can call it your gratitude journal. I know that you will be surprised at all of the entries you can make when you take time to think about it. You are already blessed, Thereca, and will only be blessed more when you have a grateful heart.
And, as Native American wisdom teaches us, don't forget to "give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way."

I received the above quote above in my daily horoscope..and it is so true...I am going through alot right now financially, etc, but adhereing to the thoughts preseneted me above..I am very thankful. I found this community which has just rallied with information and wisdom and the best humor)making (light often eases the burden). I have talked with, responded, to been touched by, so much and so many people and stories and sharing its overwhelming. I do try every day to say thank you for something, but wanted to make a special effort today in case I may have missed someone..There are many of you and it would be extra lengthy to try and list you all So in general Thanks to every single one of you who have posted and shared and questioned and touched my spirit. Thanks to Mol for the over seeing... Thanks Dream Spell you seem to perk my energy whenever I read your post or see you in chat, Dragonsinger You make me want to sit down and have that chocolateand smile and giggle,Zapster you crack me up, Xander, Geezer_Druid, Brianne, Kaylara...like I said I could go on and on, and on. You all(MW) have made me feel welcome and normal, and hopeful you all here on MW have been my blessings. I also want say thank you now for all the things that are in the works, that are on the way, becuase I know change is coming and its a GOOD THING!
