Okay here is my problem.

My mum does not think that this site and nightstar (another site i was on) are safe cos you could all be 90 year old perverts.

I can not talk about wicca with my 2 wiccan friends at school because one of the teaches banned us from meeting and talking about it and now were all to scared.

so now im writing this at 6 im the mornig plz help me what do i do?!!!!

Sorry your having such trouble, as far as the teacher goes, can they really stop people from having discussions? that just sounds like she has a problem with your beliefs, and that is discrimination!!! Why not let your Mom see the MW site here, and she can see for herself, the people are very nice, and very caring, we are a wonderful community, it's like a huge family, all are welcome here. There is even a Mystic Wicks Kids forum!! I can understand how she can be so worried, there are some very dangerous people on the internet that do mean to harm kids, but you will not find them here!! We have people that are moderators, who watch the boards 24/7 to make sure that nothing bad is going on. So tell her she is welcome to come in and check it out with you.

I can concur about the goodness of this place. It's a fine with with people of all ages who mostly get along and have a good time. There is nothing wrong with that! I also agree that you should show your mother this site too. It is better for her to see for herself than to worry unneedingly.

Well,I cant blame your mother for her care for you.
Im sure if you have any problems someone will notice it and you can always
ask the Admins for help.

I think inviting your mum to come check the place out is a terrific idea. Even if she does it on her own time, where she feels free to explore whatever threads she wants. Then she will see how supportive we all are! (says the 30-year-old definitely non-perverted married lady).

1. Well, we're mostly in our 30s-40s. :lol: On the other hand, you're perfectly safe, if you give out NO personal information (real name, address, phone #, etc).

2. HUH? You go to a private school, right? If you are going to a public school, talk to the dean of students immediately.

i would agree don't sneak behind your moms back the internet is a very dangerous place for young people , bring your mom here let her see how we are and then she can be comfortable with you coming here. being a mom is a very hard and very important job. she loves you.
