Well, my fiance bought plane tickets from CheapTickets.com to come see me for my birthday - it cost her over $400.

She was billed, and was just turned away by America West at the Des Moines airport, they were claiming "you never paid". Those fuckers at the airport refused to sort out the problem because they were too busy boarding the flight that she was supposed to be on.

It looks like it's going to cost another $100 to change her ticket to tomorrow...if they'll let us. They had better, she was refused on to the plane by the company, therefore, it's the company's error.
