energy for those who are like family to me

A few months ago, my oldest friend lost her dad to illness. Now, she lost her grandfather today. he had been sick for a while, they took him to the hospital today, when he had a massive heartattack while they were doing a procedure on him. Her grandparents are like my grandparents to me...her grandmother was my babysitter since i was a baby...me and my friend and my sister grew up together. Please help them in this hard time, to ease their pain and send them comfort on the loss of a second loved on in far to short a time span.
