Ok I felt that I should put this up for my fiancee and the MPs of the 28th Military Police Co. Since last month there has been 2 deaths in there unit alone.. I got the privilage to attend a military memorial service for a soldier that was killed in a car bombing in Iraq the end of Dec. I didn't really know Sgt Bennet personally other than seeing him a time or two, but just being there with all the people that knew him personally made me realize. The soldiers that are left behind need prayers and energy sent to them just as much as the fallen soldiers family does. Because I have learned that the military is just one big family. Andy (my fiancee) is not the kind of person to show emotion that much but at the service he was crying his eyes out.. I know it's hard to see them go but then when you think that they died for us it puts alot of weight on your heart.. So please send energy and prayers to the soldiers that are left behind..:)

I pray for everyone in Iraq....and for all our men and women who are fighting for what they believe in....and in some cases...don't believe in and still fight anyway.

Yes. That is what's important, after all. That they stay strong and can find peace in the end. Hop for them all.

energy sent, as always.

I've attended the services of 3 Marines who came from Mass/Rhode Island. It's a difficult thing to do when you have a family member in the service, but I'll do it again should the need arise. I bring tons of letters from other service families with me and give them to the Marine's mom for her to read later. Being a Marine mom myself, this is how I choose to share. Every one of them has been so grateful to know that their child was appreciated and that someone who didn't even know them went out of their way to say so.

Blessings to them all...
