Very interesting, thanks for posting that! There's not much I can say in the way of analysis since I fundimentally disagree with the basic premise of the site (how to better convert Wiccans/Pagans). I wish this writer had a better sense of the diversity within the Pagan community since not all of us are Wiccans as their writing infers. For those who haven't checked it out be sure to read section four in particular.

Something that really made dismayed me was his comparason of the Wiccan rede and the 10 Commandments:

The 10 Commandments can easily be compared t the Wiccan Rede, and it can be seen that the breaking of the commandments also breaks any possible fulfillment of the Rede. Adultery for example breaks the 10 commandments, and at the same time harms the person who is cheated against, and causes the one who cheats to violate his own will by breaking a promise. Clearly both the Rede and the Commandment are violated.

Once it is seen that the Rede has been violated, the Three-fold Law comes into effect. If you have ripped out someone's heart through violating the promises in a marriage agreement, does that mean you can expect your own heart to be broken in triplicate? Maybe, even have it literally ripped out?! What a wonderful opportunity to contrast the merciful God of scripture, against the mechanistic unchanging rule of Paganism!

His misunderstanding of the three-fold law (as seen by most Wiccans I know) is quite sad. But I would still perfer to have my "wrongs" dealt with forces of natural law than the whims of a being who has been known to smite cities.

I do appreciate that he doesn't soften the fundamentals of Christianity.

There seems to be a spate of how to "respectfully" witness to Pagans sites out there. I think Pagans need to get started on more how to respond to witnessing sites.

I agree with Star Spiral. This simply a "How to understand the Pagan so you may convert the Pagan" site. Though I always love how xians believe that by just a simple argument one can sidestep rationality and common sense to make any point legitimate..."Of course Jesus healed the sick...ITS WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE!! See? Here I'll show you..."

While Pagans are trying to tolerate and accept everyone elses beliefs so that we could live together despite our differences, they are trying to belittle the pagans desire for freedom, expression and individuality and convert it, rather than living with the idea that this is how one believes and leave it at that. If the Bible sent me those messages I would still be a christian, but after reading it thru a few times or 10, I'd rather not... hope that means they wont stop coming over though!

But you have to give it to em, they really try dont they? Bless their little hearts! We have Mormons, HERE IN THE BOWELS OF COLORADO that just wont quit! Ya think after 6 years of NAH...theyd stop! lol Kooky guys!
