Sennefer and Horsecrow

I haven't seen her online in awhile and i'm worried about her.
She has been on but hasn't posted in about a month, and those who know Senn...well it's not like her.
I'm worried that i haven't heard from her, please could people send her some energies..i don't really know what kind..i hope she's okay though.


Horsecrow is another person i'm worried about.
She hasn't been online in quite a while.
The last time she was online she announced she was pregnant..and then she disappeared.
Please could you send energies to her too, that all is fine.


These two people have been on my heart a lot lately.
