I don't know but my boyfriend only ever dreams in black and white-I don't think he's ever had a dream in colour-so maybe it's more of a physical/biological thing that anything spiritual, but I don't know.
Brightest Blessings,

I'm like you... I have never dreamt in black and white and everyone I meet is shocked to hear I dream only in color. I have very strange and vivid dreams that make no sense.

I have dreamt in third person once... that was odd

well there are people that see colour vividly during the day

and dream like that and it can wake them up

and yeah i can't remember them that well

even if i write it down when i get up

like an old movie

I dream in both.

The more detailed/important the dream the less color there is.

For me I think I will dream in Blk and white when the details are meant to be noticed as all focus of the dream goes to the details not the visual effects.

My more mundane, not important dreams have the most color. The more mundane, the more color!!

I also dream as a participant and sometimes the observer of others and sometimes I observe me.

I also dream being other people and things and I am not me.

My nights are quite busy and I wouldnt have it any other way!! :)

As I recall I always used to dream in colour. But in recent years I have hardly ever had any dreams at all :( I did had my first dream in ages last week and that was black and white. Although it was perhaps more of a nightmare as I woke up screaming!

Most of my dreams are very muted in color, though I've had a few that were in vivid technicolor. I don't think it means much.

Same, I always dream in color. Bright color or not, it depends. And in third person, except maybe once. 1st person freaks me out. I think it's just how different people dream, and it only means something if it's unusual for YOU.

I only dream in color and never knew that you could dream in black and white until my sister told me that was all she ever dreamed. My sister once told me that to dream is color is an out-of-body experience where black and white is a dream. I don't know if it is true though.

I have had dreams in both color and black and white. I've also had dreams where i see myself doing things.
My dreams are very "real" I can feel the wind, water and even if i am injured in a dream i can feel it even after i wake up.

I don't always dream in color, sometimes I dream in more than three dimensions and there have been times when I dream I'm in outer space only to find that I'm between molecules and it is 'inner space'

I only ever dream in colour, never black & white. And my dreams vary, recently i'v been having very vivid dreams, with lots of detail!
I have also felt things too, once i dreamt i was giving birth & i could literally feel the pain, i woke up expecting to be in pain.

Only once.

The dream took place underwater, and I had an air bubble.

Colour and B&W here, and er, watercolour pencils. Very odd that series, its all hand-drawn and shaded in muted colour. Moves a bit like a flicker book. :)

I only dream in B&W when it fits them time period of my dream. LoL If it's like from when tv first came out, then I dream in B&W, but if it's prehistoric, or modern day, it's in color. LoL

I think that all of my dreams when I was younger were in black and white, although when I remember old dreams that I had, I can see them in color now. :/ It's very strange, but I remember complaining that my dreams weren't in color until I was about 15/16.
