Over the past few weeks I've been taking in what you all told me reguarding my previous thread about not being able to turn my empathy off.

It hasn't like toataly shut it off, but it's now bearable. I went into meditation and god damn it felt good. I never been so deep before!

But can I just ask you all if any of you empaths have previously had a moment when your empathy goes into overdrive and you pick up EVERYTHING from EVERYONE?

Oh heck yes love. I do not go into Malls unless it is absolutly necessary. I cannot be in places where so many minds are. I have to triple up my sheilding and that hurts some. So no worries you are ok. :hugz:
