I have a large bush of this in the backyard (new house, still discoverin what I have *lol*) and today I decided it was way too wild and bushy so I have reduced it to a more managable size :)

I now have 2 rather large bunches of the stuff dangling from my roof... er, what can I do with it?

It smells gorgeous :) I'm tempted to just leave it hanging and bump it occasionally for air freshening, but I figure it'll start shedding leaves eventually and i'll have to have a plan for when it does :)

That would be lovely on fish or in a shrimp scampi!
Actually,I have several recipes that use lemon verbena, like a berry cobbler,Qroon cakes,Chappitas,A chinese tea, herbal fortune cookies and a flavorful oil that's great to flavor vegitables. If you would like any of the recipes,I would be more than happy to PM them to you.

BTW,I wouldn't leave the lemon verbena hanging around by the house as it draws bees and spiders.

Good luck!
