As for worry dolls:
I worry too much because I'm an oversensitive scorpio.so when I worry alot I tell one of my worries amd troubles to each twig of mandrake(good for uses in poppet magik).Then I envision the twigs with the worries in them as an entity of my worries.I bind my entity with twine and bury him where I know he won't be dug up.
I usually do at the most three worries and not alot because I know the worries are apart of me just like my fears are and they make up who I am.SO I don't want to rip away too much of it in a short time..

Here is something for you to try:
Find a stone...any stone will do!
Then I want you to do a relaxation ritual with the stone in hand (relaxation ritual can be found in the Ritual class.)
After you are relaxed..I want you to focus all of your worries into this stone...envision every worry you have and every worry to come going into this stone. Let the stone take every piece.
Now..Take a piece of ribbon..or white cloth...use white for neutrality or black if you have it for absorption. Tie this ribbon around the stone and bind your worries...as you tie this ribbon around your worries...recite this (or a variant of your own) :
Worries never more,
worries not again,
in this stone you shall stay,
I will never let you in...
Recite this over and over as you tie the ribbon around the stone.
Now take the stone and put it away. Just store it somewhere. And KNOW that your worries have been locked into the stone...never to return again.
I want you to try this spell. It might work better for you than the worry dolls. Not to say that worry dolls dont work, they do, I just wanted to give you another option.

My daughter told me she was worried so I told her about putting all her worries into the stone and said we could use it to make her worries go away, she will not do this because she does not see why she should make a stone suffer to make her feel better.

I thought this as well..but I started seeing a bigger picture. I see the Goddess as everything. When I put something into a Stone I am, in fact, asking the Goddess to take this pain away from me.
